The North-East : Mecklenburg Lakes
The 'land of the thousand lakes' lies to the North-West of Berlin and consists of groups of lakes interconnected by rivers and canals, offering a wide range of cruising possibilities. The Area is a vast nature reserve and the number of locks is limited.
